This resort has a great setup with its stunning ocean views and an amazing pool that really adds to your relaxation experience. However, I found the room quality lacking, especially considering the price we paid. The service was quite friendly but also hit-or-miss at times, leaving a bit to be desired. Overall, it's a mixed bag but has potential for improvement.

Our room had a strange smell coming from the AC, which was quite disappointing for a five-star hotel. The curtains were also worn out, which added to the feeling that the room could use some updates. For $400 Australian dollars per night, I definitely expected more.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the resort, which beautifully blends luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, providing a lovely retreat after our daily adventures. The staff were remarkably pleasant and accommodating. However, the numerous stairs around the resort made it a bit challenging for my family, especially with our younger child. While the pools were beautiful, we found the water a little murky at times. Overall, it was a delightful experience, with only a few drawbacks to consider.
