The staff members were kind and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. It provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The pools were fine and family-friendly. There were enough loungers for everyone.

The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. The juice quality was not on par with other offerings.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. joy did a great job cleaning our room and changing the bed linen and towels (i really appreciated it). i liked that the security helped you across the road. It was very important as it was so busy.

i had a beautiful balcony room with sea view. the room itself looked excellent at first, but cracks started appearing soon. the air conditioning didn't work.

the location was great and the staff was very friendly. breakfast was especially good and i loved the buggy service because the hotel is hilly. the pools were nice too! our room was very spacious and bright.

the steep stairs proved somewhat challenging. i feel the hotel should improve accessibility for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. buggies are helpful but not always immediately available.

The air conditioning was loud, and the fan was not effective at low speed. I needed earplugs to sleep comfortably. A fix would be much appreciated.

the hotel location is convenient. i liked the multiple pools. the breakfast had great variety. the buffet was good quality, i found it to cater to many tastes. the food was superb. i really appreciated the friendly staff.

the gym equipment is old. it needs updates. the treadmill did not work well. the stationary bikes are rusty. i wish they would replace it soon.
